Rockerchick is a site for girls in bands and their supporters, providing a valuable resource for the exchange of information and plain old networking.

Featuring reviews of stores and venues, calendar listings of chick bands playing in NYC/Boston/DC, a photo gallery, and a zine, Rockerchick aims to serve women left cold by acoustic-folk "women's music."

Founded by Dahlia Schweitzer in response to what she felt was a lack of community both in the NYC area and beyond, she hopes to help female musicians utilize each other for support and mutual promotion.
